GAUL. Massalia. Circa 500-475 BC. Hemiobol (Silver, 8 mm, 0.66 g), Milesian standard. Bearded male head to right, wearing taenia. Rev. Rough incuse square. Auriol Group G, 12-14 (same reverse die). LT 24. Maurel 25. Extremely rare and nicely toned. The obverse struck from a slightly worn die, otherwise, good very fine.
